Introduction

上海戏剧学院舞台美术系始建于1945年，有着悠久的历史和深厚的办学传统。在七十余年的发展历程中，根据学校培养戏剧顶尖人才的办学定位和注重人格陶铸的培养目标，坚持全球视野、人文科技、拓展创新、合作参与的建设理念，形成了兼收并蓄、健全完善、多元发展的专业布局，在国内外专业教学领域享有权威地位。

The Stage Design Department of Shanghai Theatre Academy was established in 1945, boasting a long history and deep-rooted educational tradition. Over the course of more than seventy years of development, the department has adhered to the university’s mission of cultivating top-tier talent in the field of theater and its focus on shaping students' character. With a global perspective, an emphasis on the integration of humanities and technology, a commitment to innovation, and a collaborative spirit, the department has established a comprehensive, well-rounded, and diverse professional structure, gaining an authoritative position in the field of professional education both domestically and internationally.

舞台美术系坚持教学、科研、实践并举，不断加强师资队伍建设，教师荣获“享受国务院特殊津贴专家”“国家级教学成果奖”“教育部首批课程思政教学名师”“上海市教学成果奖”“东方学者”“曙光学者”等一系列荣誉，课程荣获国家级一流本科课程，教育部课程思政示范项目、上海市级一流本科等荣誉。

The Stage Design Department upholds a balanced approach to teaching, research, and practical application, continuously strengthening its faculty. The faculty members have been awarded a series of prestigious honors, including Experts with Special Government Allowances of the State Council, National Teaching Achievement Award, Ministry of Education’s First Batch of Curriculum Ideological and Political Teaching Masters, Shanghai Education Achievement Award, Oriental Scholar and "Shu Guang" Project Scholar. The department’s courses have also earned numerous accolades, including the designation of National First-Class Undergraduate Courses, Ministry of Education Curriculum Ideological and Political Demonstration Projects, and Shanghai First-Class Undergraduate Courses.

教师活跃在国内外舞台美术创作前沿，担任国家级、省部级重大项目舞台美术设计工作，获文华大奖、文华舞台美术奖、中宣部“五个一工程”奖以及国家舞台艺术精品工程剧目等舞台艺术国家级最高奖项，同时参与2008北京奥运会开闭幕式、2010上海世博会、2023杭州亚运会开闭幕式等国家重大活动的策划、设计、制作等重要工作，为国家文化建设发展做出突出贡献。

Faculty members are actively involved at the forefront of stage design, contributing to major national and provincial projects, and have received top national awards in stage art, such as Wenhua Award, Wenhua Stage Design Award and "Five Top Project Prize" of the Publicity Department of CPC Central Committee, as well as recognition under the National Stage Art Excellence Project. Moreover, they have participated in the planning, design, and production of significant national events, including the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, and the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games, making outstanding contributions to the development of national cultural construction.
