Han Sheng

Professor of Shanghai Theatre Academy, Director of Key Laboratory of Digital Performing Arts-Ministry of Culture of China. He has been the Dean of the Department of Stage Art of Shanghai Theatre Academy. He is currently Vice-Chairman of the Chinese Dramatists Association and Vice-Chairman of the Chinese Stage Art Society.  


Design works: Drama "Su Dongpo", Yue Opera "Butterfly Dream", Huai Opera "Xiang Yu", "Mr. Wuxun", "Peony Pavilion" of Jiangxi Opera, art design of film "Warrior Lanling ", "Aida" of super-large landscape opera, etc. Publication: “Introduction to Stage Design” and “Digital Performing Arts Creation Experiment”.

Sichuan People's Art Theatre Performs in Chengdu in 2018


Design Profile:
The stage of the drama "Su Dongpo" takes a turntable with a slope as the basic performing space, which indicates that Su Dongpo has been tossing and turning all his life. A bullock cart is a prop throughout the play. Su Shi's name is related to the car, and is also a portrayal of his character and life. Dynamic projection, combination of environmental image and turntable. Using dry boat and drama virtual action to show Wang Anshi riding donkey and Jiangsu Dongpo rowing. Through the scene changes of Huzhou, Huangzhou, Beijing, Huizhou, Danzhou and so on, it reflects the footprints of Su Dongpo's exile life. Finally, Su Shi's calligraphy of "Niannujiao" and "going east of the Yangtze River" is the summary of his life and spirit.

Design Profile:
With peony flower form as the basic stage image element, it expresses the dreamlike world, ink and ink strokes and flower projection image and props embellishment, and shows the story from the study, courtyard, garden, bedroom, underground mansion and other scene space conversion. Multimedia images interact with live actors.








韩生

上海戏剧学院教授,数字演艺集成创新-文化部重点实验室主任。历任上海戏剧学院舞台美术系主任、副院长、院长。现任中国戏剧家协会副主席、中国舞台美术学会副会长。


长期从事戏剧影视美术设计、数字媒体艺术创作和教学。


主要舞台设计作品:

话剧《苏东坡》、越剧《蝴蝶梦》、淮剧《西楚霸王》《武训先生》、赣剧《牡丹亭》、电影《兰陵王》美术设计,超大型景观歌剧《阿依达》 舞美总设计等。

设计简介:

话剧《苏东坡》舞台以一个斜面的转台为基本表演空间,喻示苏东坡一生辗转流离。一辆牛车是贯穿全剧的道具,苏轼的名字与车有关,也是其性格和人生的写照。动态的投影,环境形象与转台结合。采用旱船及戏曲虚拟动作表现王安石骑驴、苏东坡划船等动作。通过湖州、黄州、京城、惠州、儋州等场景变化体现苏东坡流离生活足迹,最后以“念奴娇”“大江东去”的苏轼书法作为其人生及精神之概括。
