

Vice Professor of the Central Academy of Drama (CAD) and the visiting scholar of London RADA in 2012. After graduation from graduate school of CAD, she now works for National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts. Her representative works include Lady Meng Jiang Brings winter clothes, The Shimmering Song, Miss Julie, Making Trouble out of Nothing, Amnesia, Pythonland, etc. Among them, Costumes in Pythonland have been selected and displayed in World Stage Design 2017 Exhibition.
Moreover, costume design works Carps and Tunkou have been selected and showcased in PQ2015 Prague Performance Design and Space Quadrennial Exhibition.
Her works have been selected in National Arts Fund Project, and has been awarded as Wenhua Excellent Drama, Beijing College Student Drama Festival Gold and Excellent Drama respectively.
Taking the long volume of the Northern Song Dynasty Landscape "Thousand Miles River & Mountain Pictures" as the designing element, the costume of the play carries on the stylized creation through the embroidery of the pattern of the classic picture. The play reappears the love story of the princess and her lover and explores the human nature, while their costumes show the beauty of the nature through delicate design of embroidery.
In the work, the fluent and powerful lines, fresh and elegant colors and unified artistic images are used to shape the characters’ images which bring the audience a unique aesthetic experience. Furthermore, the shape of chairs are also designed to present the elements of the gorgeous map, which makes the scene on the stage like a rolling river and mountain together with shapes on the performers’clothes.

This drama costume design is an experiment of fabric texture, with the wall and brick of the Great Wall as design image. Through collage and embroidery, the costumes embody the passage of time that the Great Wall has experienced. It shows the true love that an ancient woman to her husband and also reflects the hard work of the ancient laboring people engaging in building the Great Wall.
The designing of the costumes is full of details and echoing the plot. In the scene of Meng Jiangnv is crying at the foot of the Great Wall, her white cloth made of crepe-back stain is pasted with a thin black summer cloth that has been dyed appropriately and with good light transmittance. The effect of shaping texture of the fabric is very ideal.

中国戏曲学院舞台美术系副教授,英国皇家戏剧学院访问学者,主要研究领域:舞台人物造型设计。毕业于中央戏剧学院舞台美术系。主要作品有昆剧《孟姜女送寒衣》《流光歌阕》、豫剧《朱丽小姐》《无事生非》、渔鼓山歌剧《孝义川》、话剧《鸳鸯谱》《失忆症·蟒国》。
服装设计作品话剧《蟒国》入选WSD2017世界舞台美术设计展。人物造型设计作品《鲤鱼》、《吞口》入选PQ2015布拉格演出设计与空间四年展。作品入选国家艺术基金项目,荣获文华优秀剧目奖、北京大学生戏剧节金奖和优秀剧目奖等。

此剧以北宋山水长卷《千里江山图》为设计元素,在服装上通过刺绣江山局部的意象图案进行风格化的创作体现,重新演绎公主和驸马的爱情故事,探讨人性抉择。通过刺绣细节设计,展现江山之美。
在设计中用流畅隽美的江山线条、清新雅致的色彩、统一的艺术形象,来塑造剧中人物形象,带给人一种独特的审美体验。舞台上椅子(椅背)的造型也有《千里江山图》元素的呈现,连起来的椅背看起来如延绵起伏的江山,配合演员戏服上起伏的山脉,《千里江山图》理念由此贯穿整个舞台。

此剧服装设计是一次织物肌理的实验,以长城的城墙和城砖为设计意象,通过拼贴、刺绣等表现长城的城墙城砖经历岁月流逝的痕迹,展现了一个古代女性对丈夫的情谊,表达了古代劳动人民建造长城的艰劳。
服装设计充满细节,呼应剧情。在剧中孟姜女哭城时的服装在白色绉缎上拼贴了一种定织定染透光性较好的黑色薄型夏布,使面料具备塑造肌理的可能性。
